Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using KOZIXOS you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a business, you confirm that you can bind that business.

2. The service

KOZIXOS is workspace software for short-term rental hosts: properties, reservations, guests, operations, messaging, reviews, analytics, automations, AI assistance and channel connections. Features may change over time.

3. Accounts and workspaces

You must give accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including by team members you invite and the roles you assign them.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to harm or harass others, to try to access other workspaces' data, to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or to send spam.

5. Your content and guest data

You keep ownership of the content and guest information you put into the service. You give us the permission needed to store and process it to operate the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to use that content and guest information, and for complying with the laws that apply to your rental business.

6. Airbnb, Booking.com and other channels

Connecting a channel requires you to authorize your own account with that channel. We are not affiliated with Airbnb or Booking.com, and their own terms apply to your use of them. Channel data depends on those platforms and on our channel provider, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted sync.

7. AI features

AI-generated content (such as briefs, answers and listing descriptions) is provided as a draft and may contain mistakes. Always review it before relying on it or publishing it. Messages to guests are sent only when you choose to send them.

8. Plans, billing and payments

The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans (Host and Pro) are billed monthly in US dollars, in advance, and renew automatically until cancelled.

Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record; taxes, where applicable, are handled at checkout.

You can change or cancel your plan at any time from Billing, under "Manage subscription". After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, then your workspace moves to the Free plan.

If a payment fails, your subscription may be marked past due and, if it is not resolved, may be cancelled.

Refund requests can be sent to us by email and are reviewed case by case.

9. Availability

We work to keep the service available but provide it "as is", and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or to protect the service or other users.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost bookings, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
